Who are we
Crossworks is a public benefit organisation that focuses on raising and distributing funds for and to communities in forgotten areas, as well as on equipping these communities with agricultural, health and religious knowledge and resources that we, and our partners, are able to provide. We work across cultures, across borders and across social boundaries to promote the Kingdom of God and the healing it contains.

Training youth leaders and missionaries, and putting Scripture in their hands.
What we do
South Africa
In Kraaifontein, Cape Town, we support a local community with the practical means to develop and empower themselves — including containers used for community events, church, Bible study and soup kitchens. We also assist with a vegetable garden and contribute to basic needs such as housing, clothing and meals as needed.
Funding required: R200 000
In partnership with Biblica we train youth leaders in youth discipleship and provide the material in the form of the Biblica Reach4Life Bible. The programme currently runs at Boy Muller Primary in the Kouebokkeveld and Jakes Gerwel Technical School in Bonnievale.
Zambia & Angola
Many communities in Zambia and eastern Angola still have limited access to fresh water. Some dig holes to reach underground water; others walk long distances to fetch water daily. We identify the communities with the greatest need and co-ordinate the sinking of boreholes together with the local community and donors.
The flood plains on the banks of the Zambezi in western Zambia lie under shallow water for many months of the year, and the area is then unreachable by vehicle. We donate oxen and ox carts to pastors and leaders so they can take their agricultural wares to market, sustain their families, and continue their work in God’s Kingdom.
Angola
In eastern Angola one finds the Luvale people — a forgotten tribe in one of the most remote parts of Africa. Masaha Matondo, a Zambian missionary, serves here, where a basic obstetric clinic, a church and a mission base have been established. We support the clinic with equipment, medication and medical expertise, provide seed for vegetable gardens, support the youth discipleship programme, and contribute toward the mission base gaining ownership of its land. In 2027, by God’s grace, we hope to take a team of South African doctors to this clinic.

Congo & wherever we are called
Martin Baboka is a missionary pastor with a heart to train missionaries who are equipped, at the same time, to be self-sufficient through small-scale agriculture. Crossworks contributes to the land the centre needs and provides seed for vegetable gardens and orchards, and supports Martin as missionary.
Funding required: R100 000
At certain times God guides us to support missionaries according to their needs — basic needs, travelling and medical expenses, and resources for their ministry — so that servants who work fervently in God’s Kingdom can get back on their feet and live out their calling faithfully.
Funding required: R22 000 per month
